The main function of attempter center includes
monitoring regional water supply equipment, various
technological parameters of the pipe net, providing
users the collected data via friendly graphical
interfaces, establishing historical databases,
alarming administration, report typing, and collected
data sharing. All this forms an administration
information system integrating data display, report
analysis, control order, best attempter, and sending
the data back to the higher level in the process
of water supply. The system can also conduct remote
maintenance and monitor for RTU in the center
station or any other RTU.
Spot RTU carries out the collection and control
order on the spot data. Following
are the functions of RTU:
1) Stimulation volume collection, e.g. pipe net
pressure, pump temperature, electric pressure,
electric current, e.g. instantaneous flux, and
so on.
2) Numerical volume collection, e.g. status of
the equipments and so on.
3) Impulse volume collection, e.g. watt-hour,
accumulated flux, and so on.
4) System state, including states of measuring
range limits, alarming value of lower limit, and
so on.
5) Process alarming: automatically alarming when
the parameter goes beyond the limit, or the system
fails.
6) Process control switches on of turns off the
culvert and sluice, water pump water disposal
equipments and the valves, The system takes the
advantage of convenient net-work organizing, advanced
technology, liable operation, and low cost.
